Nothing here is bought in as stock — every piece was owned by someone before you, brought to us, checked, and listed once. When it sells, that's it; there's no second one in the back.

How the pricing actually works

The price you see is set against what the piece originally retailed for, so the saving is real rather than marked up to be marked down. Condition decides the rest — a near-pristine piece and a gently used one won't be priced the same, and we tell you which is which. Because each item is a single unit, the strongest pieces tend to go first, so it's worth a look more than once. We'd rather tell you a piece has a small mark and price it accordingly than dress it up and hope you don't notice.

Authenticated, and below retail

Everything is authenticated before it goes live. Bags go through Entrupy material verification; every piece — bags, shoes, sunglasses, dresses — also passes independent Real Authentication review and a hands-on check by our own team in London. A lower price doesn't mean a lighter check; a sale piece clears exactly what a full-price one does. Returns are accepted on sale items, and you can reach the London team directly, so buying something pre-owned isn't a leap of faith. Shop it online, or come and see the same pieces at our Marylebone Lane store — it's the only place you can browse the collection in person, and the team there knows the stock inside out. New pieces land as they're consigned, so what's reduced today won't be the same next week.
