  • What is CSD's authentication process?

    Above all, CSD prides itself in sustaining the integrity of luxury designers through a rigorous authentication process, facilitated by our team of authentication experts.

  • After I receive my item, what if I have questions or concerns about its authenticity?

    If you have any questions about the authenticity of any products bought from CSD, please contact us at csd@csd.ltd. We are happy to have items re-authenticated and will provide a refund in full if the results are not satisfactory.

  • How and where do you source your items?

    We actively source items from our exclusive global network of private clients, celebrity stylists and other industry influencers and tastemakers.

  • What is the return policy? How do I return an order?

    Purchases must be requested within 14 days of shipment and must be received within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned outside of this timeframe will be returned, at which point they may be requested. Please note, all items sold at 40% or more off the list price are not eligible for return. To request a return, visit the ‘My Account’ section. International returns will pay a flat rate of £19.95

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes all tracking details. Please note that orders with multiple items may ship separately.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We process orders within 30 minutes of placing your order, which means that we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. That way, we’re able to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Once the hour-long window has passed, you may request a return once you have received your order.

  • How much will I owe in duties and taxes?

    All orders shipped outside of the UK are responsible for paying their own duties and taxes if applicable. Once your package arrives at your local shipping facility, they will contact you with the official duties and taxes (if applicable) cost.

  • Can I pay in another currency besides GBP?

    We accept payments in GBP, Euro, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar and Singapore Dollar.

  • What are your condition standards?

    Each item is carefully inspected to guarantee authenticity and condition. We pride ourselves on quality, and therefore only accept items that are:

    • Pristine - items show no signs of being worn, including original tags.
    • Excellent - items are clearly unused but do not have tags.
    • Very Good - items with very light wear, such as minor stains, snags or fading.
    • Good - items show moderate signs of wear such as scuffs, scratches, discoloration or snags.
  • What are my payment options?

    We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • How will I be refunded if I pay in an international currency?

    You will be refunded in the same currency you paid in.

  • How often do you update your exchange rates?

    We update our exchange rates daily.

  • What are your shipping and delivery options?

    We offer standard, express and next day international shipping from our courier partners (DPD, Hermes, P2P, UPS, DHL).

  • How do I make changes to the shipping address on my order?

    You can always update your shipping address within your account preferences. However, once an order is placed it is not possible to change the shipping address. Please contact us at csd@csd.ltd with any further inquiring regarding shipping errors.

  • How and when will I be paid?

    You will receive payment by direct deposit or site credit (+5%) after your item sells. We issue payments on the 15th of each month, following the month in which your items were sold. For example, if your item sells inFebruary you will be paid on the 15th of March. You will receive payment in the form of site credit or direct deposit within two weeks.

    Payments will be made in your currency, exchanged from the currency in which it was purchased, and at the rate on the day in which the item was sold.

  • What is your commission structure?

  • Can I sell items upfront?

    We only accept items on a consignment basis, and do not have an upfront buying program.

  • Why is the same item listed at a different price?

    Pricing is dynamic based on the current market demand. Similar items may be priced differently depending on the time when your item was consigned and how the demand for that item has shifted. All items are considered unique, and pricing may differ depending on quality, condition and season released.

  • How do you determine pricing?

    Our goal is to sell your items at the highest price that the market will allow. We consider brand resale value, market trends, item condition and recency to help determine the best price for your items.

  • Where can I track my sales?

    We will send you an email with the offer price made and a link to your product listings on the website once your items are uploaded to the website. For any questions regarding your active listings previous sales please contact us at csd@csd.ltd.

  • How can I choose my commission payment method?

    We will notify you once your item sells to confirm how you would like to be paid. We offer payment through direct deposit or site credit (+5%).

  • Why is my item priced so much lower compared to its original retail price?

    Certain brands and styles retain a higher resale value and prescribe higher prices than others. We consider brand resale value, market trends, item condition and recency to help determine the best price for your items.

  • Do you have a retail shop or consignment office where I can consign my items in person?

    We have offices in Battersea which are open to clients for free consultations, as soon as COVID restrictions allow. As soon as COVID restrictions permit, we welcome you to our CSD HQ in Battersea, London for free consultations.

  • Which designers do you accept?

    Please see a current list of sought after designers in our Designer list. The brands that we accept, however, are not limited to this list so please submit a Webform request to consult. Or contact us at support@csd.ltd

  • What are your condition standards for submissions?

    We do not accept any items with any of the impairments listed below:

    Apparel Non-professional alterations
    Noticeable holes
    Missing or broken zippers or buttons
    Heavy pilling
    Splitting seams
    Larger than penny-size stains
    Prominent tears
    Leather Goods Broken buckles, buttons or zippers
    Excessive discolouration or fading
    Rips, tears or splitting seams
    Excessive scuffing or scratching
    Sunglasses Bowed arms
    Crooked frames
    Excessive scratching
    Fine Jewelry & Watches Loose or missing gemstones
    Severe metal scratching or denting
    Damage to watch functionality

  • How can I consign during Covid-19?

    To keep our clients, consignors and employees safe, you may consign by submitting a request for an online quotation or virtual consultation. All members are required to wear masks for white glove service pick up. Our consignment offices are currently closed.

  • Is it safe to purchase items from CSD during Covid-19?

    Yes. Based on what we now know about the low survival rate of Covid-19 on surfaces, there is a very low risk of spread from products and packaging that are shipped over a period of days.

    According to the European Centre for Disease Control, there is no evidence of COVID-19 transmission through contaminated packages. It is nevertheless recommended that you should wash your hands frequently after having touched various surfaces.

    Our team sanitises and steams all new inventory once it arrives to the warehouse and before it is shipped. We regularly clean and sanitize surfaces throughout our warehouse and facilities.
