CONSIGNED SEALED DELIVERED (CSD) REFUND POLICY

Once your returned item is received and CSD verifies that it complies with our returns policy, CSD will submit a refund request through your original payment method. CSD will keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your returns label.

If you are eligible, CSD may be able to issue your refund as CSD.Shop credit with a 10% bonus on top of the value of your returned item. This CSD.Shop credit will automatically apply at the checkout the next time you shop with us. This means you can receive an even greater discount on CSD’s luxury consignment items. At CSD, we want to make it practically effortless to find the best deals on used designer clothes, pre-owned designer bags and used designer shoes.  

Please note that the refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:

  • CREDIT CARD: Our bank will credit your account within 7 working days of receipt of your item(s)
  • PAYPAL: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent

Once the return is processed and verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total shipping costs, customs duties, and courier charges incurred. Please note, customs duties are non-refundable through CSD. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly. This option may not be applicable in all countries, so we recommend that you hire a customs broker to determine whether you can apply for a refund for customs fees related to your return.
