Consigned Sealed Delivered is leading the way in authenticated luxury consignment. Founded in 2021, CSD is growing fast and fundamentally changing the way people buy and sell luxury goods by making designer resale affordable, accessible and attainable.
At CSD, we care deeply about luxury fashion. From used Gucci to vintage Chanel, we hand select only the most sought-after used designer clothing, taking steps to ensure the legitimacy of all our garments. The CSD Quality Control team inspects each luxury consignment item to ensure only legitimate and high-quality garments are sold on our website or in our Marylebone Lane designer consignment shop. And, for at-risk and high value items, we take the additional step of employing the Real Authentication’s Smart Database Scan technology and authentication specialists for further review.

CSD accepts consignments of brands from fashion houses ranging from super-brands like Hermes and Chanel, to up and coming designers like Jacquemus. Job Description:
As a Luxury Retail Store Manager, you will take full ownership of our Notting Hill store and be responsible for its growth, performance, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategies to elevate the store, inspire the team, and create a premier shopping experience. This position requires a leader with a passion for luxury retail, the ability to identify and implement improvements, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Business Development
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating sales excellence and coaching the team on effective selling techniques.
- Foster a client-focused environment, cultivating a loyal customer base and increasing repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and consignors, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
Operational Excellence:
- Take full responsibility for daily operations, including inventory management, item transfers, and online order fulfillment.
- Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are followed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve operational inefficiencies, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving stockroom and order management.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store environment reflects CSD’s luxury brand image.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and inspire the store team, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Develop individualized performance improvement plans and provide ongoing coaching to help team members meet and exceed their goals.
- Recognize and reward team achievements to maintain high morale and engagement.
Customer Experience:
- Elevate the customer experience by ensuring all team members deliver exceptional service.
- Train and coach staff on providing personalized, intuitive service to guide customers through the store’s unique multi-brand, pre-loved merchandise offerings.
- Implement strategies to reduce customer overwhelm and create an inviting and organized shopping environment.
Reporting and Strategy:
- Monitor and report on store performance, providing insights on sales, customer feedback, and operational challenges to the Regional Manager.
- Develop and execute actionable plans to achieve long-term growth and exceed key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales and management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office.
- Flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and special sale events.

Luxury Advisor
Consigned Sealed Delivered (CSD) is a curated online consignment platform for buying and selling pre-owned luxury designer clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories and jewellery. While we consciously extend the lifecycle of luxury designer fashion, we pride ourselves on creating the same shopping experience for pre-loved as buying something brand new.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. As Sales Assistant, you will focus on, but not limited to, assisting in the management of our Marylebone store front.
LOCATION - Marylebone, London
Starting Date - Immediate
Contract - Full time
Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service at all times and maintain a high level of approach and conversation at all times
- Develop customer relationships and maintain an active customer base
- Strive to increase and overachieve in sales and store targets
- Monitor sales performance
- Ensure that the shop floor is fully operational for daily service and later packed away as necessary at the end of the day
- Stay up to date with all product knowledge
- Replenish stock levels when needed to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure that all customers are dealt with professionally and in line with company standards and procedures
- Undertake daily administrative activities such as cashing in, making sure stock updates are reflected across the board
Requirements:
- Degree level education (recommended) with relevant sales experience gained in the luxury retail industry
- Fluency in English
- Organisation skills and are efficient with proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
- Great prioritisation skills and can take on a multitude of tasks dynamically and effectively
- Great communication skills and are someone who genuinely enjoys working with others and responds to queries on time
- A positive, can-do attitude
- High standards in day-to-day routines whilst multitasking other long-term projects and working under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in carrying out routine checks for website product information
- A self-starter attitude and are someone who is process and results-driven with a genuine interest in retail operations, merchandising, and warehouse operations
- Flexibility with work hours
- Availability to fulfill other duties as called upon
