BUYER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
These are the terms and conditions, which we agree to sell products to you.

2.1 WHO WE ARE
We are CSD.LTD, (Consigned Sealed Delivered), a designer resale company registered. We offer pre-owned, brand new, and used products for sale. We describe and photograph individual items, offered up for sale by pre-existing and external owners.

If needed, we may contact you via phone (inclusive of whatsapp) or email. These details will be taken from your order, and complied with under the Data Protection Laws.
3. PRODUCTS
Products may vary slightly from their images. The images of the products online are the physical ones up for sale. CSD will not edit in any way the product image, aside from the background and brightness for effect. CSD makes every effort to display the wear listed in the descriptions, we advise for you to contact us prior to purchase for further images, which can be sent to you privately of individual items. Colours are accurately represented online.
4. IF WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER
If we are unable to accept your order, you will be informed in writing within three days of purchase. You will not be charged for the product, or you will be offered the full refund, if purchase was immediate. Reasons for not fulfilling an order may be due to the product being out of stock, our credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, there is an error in the price or images of the item purchased, unable to meet delivery deadlines, or if you fail to provide relevant documentation to support high value orders when asked to verify the legitimacy and identity for your order.
4.1. ORDER NUMBER
You are provided an order number for your reference. Please use this number when getting in touch with us about your order.
5. PRODUCT PACKAGING MAY VARY.
The safety of packaging for each product is taken seriously prior to shipment. We use sealed air devices to ensure the items are not moving within the boxes they are shipped in. Not all items come with original packaging and therefore will be packages safely according to our standards. Some items may come with a dust bag. If you would like to request a dust bag, please mention so in the order comments.
6. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately on support@csd.shop. We will let you know if the change is possible or not. Changes to your order could result in additional charges, depending on what you wish to amend. We suggest contacting us before placing the order to avoid charges.
7. PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
CSD offers free shipping globally.
7.1 WHEN WE WILL PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS
During the order process, we will let you know when the product will be provided. CSD Provides next day delivery, if ordered before 12pm (within the UK). Any orders placed after 12pm, may or may not be delivered the next working day. If you have any queries about the timeframe of delivery then please contact us on support@csd.shop. CSD may send orders out up to 30 days after the order confirmation.
7.2 IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.
If no one is available at the time of delivery and the product cannot be posted through your letterbox, our operational partners will leave a note explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect them from a local depot.
7.3 WHEN YOU BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GOODS
All of the purchased products become the buyer's property from the time the product has been delivered to your registered address, or if you have chosen a collection, it is from the time that the item has left the store with the buyer.
7.4 WHEN YOU OWN GOODS
You as a buyer will own the product once we have received the payment in full. If opting to choose delayed or monthly plan payments, the product is still under our inventory until the payment is made in full. We may request additional images or information.
7.5 WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DO NOT GIVE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO US
We may request certain information from you as the buyer in order to supply the products to you. This may include, but not be limited to certain forms of personal identification documents, such as passports, drivers licence, bank statements and so forth. You will be contacted in writing prior to shipment. If the information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe of 2 working days, or if the information provided is incoherent, incomplete or incorrect, we are entitled to end the contract and charge according to our website upload cost of up to £100. This is to compensate for the time, effort and working hours of staff members dealing with the issues at hand.
7.6 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Once the item has left our warehouse / store / any other deemed location, the courier is responsible. We insure our parcels so that if anything were to be lost or stolen, we can offer the buyer a full refund and make the claim from the courier. You as a buyer are entitled to notify us of a delayed shipment, but CSD as a company is not obliged to contact you regarding delays to your shipment.
7.7 COLLECTION BY YOU
If you have requested to collect the item from our Marylebone Lane Store, you are welcome to collect any time between the hours of 11am-5pm on weekdays and weekends (Excluding bank holidays).
8. YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
Items marketed on our platform and in-store are solely products that are being sold on behalf of external suppliers and individual private sellers. CSD acts as a marketplace platform in order to sell products. No items are left with the private sellers prior to sale and are held either in the warehouse or on the shop floor, prior to sale. Items that are purchased and meet the requirements are subject to a return, exchange, or refund policy as outlined below.
8.1 YOU ARE ENTITLED TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT IF
- You received an item that is faulty, broken, or damaged.
- You received an item that is mis-described.
- You received an item that is not the correct size for you.
- You received an item that appears different in person than online.
8.2 RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER ENDING THE CONTRACT
If you have decided to return your order, you must follow the 14 days return policy based on the purchase method and item type; the first of the fourteen days being the date of delivery or pickup for items purchased online, or the date of purchase for items purchased in-store. Please note the following guidelines:
- Orders purchased in-store can only be returned for store credit.
- Orders purchased online can be returned for a refund or store credit.
- Orders of items sold for £3000 or more can only be returned for store credit regardless of whether purchased online or in-store.
- The following types of items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances: lingerie, bathing suits, bodysuit, headbands, hats, earrings, and jewellery.
8.3 HOW WE WILL REFUND YOU
You will be refunded for the price you paid, taking into account any discounts or promotional codes used to purchase. Refunds are made as soon as possible after our Quality Control checks.8.4 QUALITY CONTROL FOR RETURNS
CSD will inspect and compare images of the item upon its arrival for return. Quality control checks include ensuring the item is in the exact same condition as when it was shipped out. CSD provides labels and tags for products that must remain intact upon return. If an item arrives at CSD and is not in the condition it was shipped out in, or if the tags/labels are removed, the buyer will not be refunded; they are welcome to collect the product they initially purchased from a CSD store, or they may choose to pay for shipping to their preferred address.9. AUTHENTICATION PROCESS
As of June 2023, all items sold through CSD go through at least 2 members of our Head Office Team of Specialist Luxury Authenticators.
Third-party authentication services are employed to provide official documentation and expertise for all bags with a consignment value above £400, as well as all Chanel and Hermès luxury pieces.
For customers who wish to receive Official Authentication Documentation/Certification via email, consigned items below the value of £400 will incur a small fee of £20 per item.
*Please note, there are some brands and product models that are unavailable for authentication through our approved and established list of Luxury, designer Authentication Services/Companies.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY BREACH, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING COLLECTION, STORAGE OR RETURN, SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE RELEVANT ORDER.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR BUSINESS LOSSES. WE ONLY SUPPLY THE PRODUCTS FOR DOMESTIC AND PRIVATE USE. IF YOU USE THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS OR RESALE PURPOSE WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF BUSINESS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
NOBODY ELSE HAS ANY RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT (EXCEPT SOMEONE YOU PASS YOUR GUARANTEE ON TO). THIS CONTRACT IS BETWEEN YOU AND US. NO OTHER PERSON SHALL HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO ENFORCE ANY OF ITS TERMS.
EACH OF THE PARAGRAPHS OF THESE TERMS OPERATES SEPARATELY. IF ANY COURT OR RELEVANT AUTHORITY DECIDES THAT ANY OF THEM ARE UNLAWFUL, THE REMAINING PARAGRAPHS WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
EVEN IF WE DELAY IN ENFORCING THIS CONTRACT, WE CAN STILL ENFORCE IT LATER. IF WE DO NOT INSIST IMMEDIATELY THAT YOU DO ANYTHING YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO UNDER THESE TERMS, OR IF WE DELAY IN TAKING STEPS AGAINST YOU IN RESPECT OF YOUR BREAKING THIS CONTRACT, THAT WILL NOT MEAN THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THOSE THINGS AND IT WILL NOT PREVENT US TAKING STEPS AGAINST YOU AT A LATER DATE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT AND WE DO NOT CHASE YOU BUT WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS, WE CAN STILL REQUIRE YOU TO MAKE THE PAYMENT AT A LATER DATE.
WHICH LAWS APPLY TO THIS CONTRACT AND WHERE YOU MAY BRING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY ENGLISH LAW AND YOU CAN BRING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCTS IN THE ENGLISH COURTS. IF YOU LIVE IN SCOTLAND YOU CAN BRING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN RESPECT OF THE PRODUCTS IN EITHER THE SCOTTISH OR THE ENGLISH COURTS.

The Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Consigned Sealed Delivered Ltd (“Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18887599108 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Consigned Sealed Delivered Limited mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
